QA MANAGER (MOJOKERTO SEED PLANT)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

1. Managing the overall seed production QA/QC and provide method development and validation.
2. Ensuring the quality of product to the customer by implementing quality processes and setting up the systems to facilitate high quality seed production
3. To ensure continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
4. Developing the team for their career path.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing within the team environment in developing, maintaining and continuously improving laboratory and seed production field quality assurance services, systems and procedures to meet corporate guidelines and customer expectation.
• Coordinating the activities of Production team, Plant and Quality Assurance Laboratory in order to deliver timely results to all the stakeholders for effective business operations.
• Conducting timely Quality Assurance Audit in all stages of production and also Plant Processing.
• Sustaining field scoring system (FSS) to facilitate accuracy of flagging system. Ensuring the implementation in field production.
• Coordinating successful implementation of MCAS.
• Sustaining QMS system. Develop QMS planning and Quality Objectives and implementing QMS best practices across functions.
• Coaching and mentoring team members on technical skills and behavioral skills.
• Promote safe working practices and safety procedures adopted by the Company.

General Requirements :

• Job Placement will be in Mojokerto East Java.
• Post Graduate or Graduate in Science / Agriculture .
• Agriculture and seed production technology skill will be advantage.
• Familiar with statistical techniques as well as SIX SIGMA and LEAN manufacturing principles
• Possesses good inter-personal and communication skills QA/QC Management
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and seed certification process
• Posses strong leadership
• Able to manage team remotely and multi-tasking
• Experience in similar position min 5 years
