Requirements:

• Male, maximum 40 years old.
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in economic accounting from one of the reputable Universities.
• At Least 3 years of working experience in the Plantation Company as KTU.
• Understanding Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan.
• Ability in prepare and manage operational budget.
• Excellent in computer accounting system.
• Excellent Communication skill is mandatory, including written communication in both Indonesian and English.
• Mature and reliable personality with strong dedication and passion.
• Willingness to work at all operational area
• To be Located Palembang - Kabupaten Empat Lawang
