Assistant Civil - Plantation

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Civil Engineering.
• Male, 28 – 38 years old.
• Min 3 years experience in the same position and all of related benefit experience in palm plantation industry would be an advantage.
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc). Preferrable in Auto CAD.
• Experience on civil work, building construction, project, cost analysis.
• Able to prepare the garden infrastructure standards and overall building control system.
• Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure.
• Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must.
• Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
• Work based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan).

Responsibility:

• Responsible for the construction and development of facilities & infrastructure that includes: housing facilities, offices, culverts, roads, bridges and drainage and all of others related civil maintenance at plantation.
• Conducting cost analysis, drafting, drawing and preventive maintenance at plantation.
• Managing the maintenance of infrastructure at plantation.
• Managing the tender process and perform the control over the work the contractor at plantation
