PLANT MANAGER

^{Requirement :}

• ^{Male, Maximum age 40 years old}
• ^{Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Agriculture.}
• ^{At least 5 year (s) of working experience in managing projects or related field (Multinational Company is preferred)}
• ^{Required skills :}

• ^{Leadership skills are an important pre – requisite}
• ^{A problem – solver and be able to grasp the problem at hand and take quick steps to resolve it.}
• ^{Proficiency in financial matters is also important to be successful in this profession because a lot of this job}
• ^{entails meeting the budget requirements of the plant.}
• ^{Strong organization, prioritization, l computer, proof reading and follow-up skills are critical,}
• ^{Structured mindset and objectives oriented attitude}
• ^{Good written and verbal communication capabilities}
• ^{Remains referent and set example about safety concerns.}
• ^{Open minded to social relations and working atmosphere.}
• ^{Ensure that individual have the skills and motivation to achieve the industrial objectives.}
• ^{Provides instruction, resources and guidance as a way to support success}
• ^{Remaining focused, and self organized, managing priorities}
