Alliance One Indonesia a leading independent leaf tobacco merchants  is seeking for candidate to fill the  following position:

STP MANAGER

Qualification:

• 2-3 years work experience  in the agricultural industry, project management skills and be conversant with  NGO related labor practices
• Achieving business objectives regarding all Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
• Formulate training programs on GAP with ability to criteria and present such programs.
• Participate in long term strategy development and budgetary  planning.
• Good communication skills, computer skills, fluent in English both verbal and written
• Preferably graduate from an overseas university (major in Marketing, Agronomy, Administration, Economy)
