It seeks to appoint an experienced, qualified, resourceful and dedicated professional to its rubber estate management team with lines of reporting to the Senior Field Manager and General Manager.
AGRONOMISTS
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in oil palm with involvement in nursery operations, new planting, replanting, immature and mature upkeep as well as harvesting.
- Experience with rubber would be an added advantage.
- A minimum qualification S1 (Strata 1 – Pertanian).
- The skill to work independently and take major decisions.
- Innovation and the ability to improve work practices and embrace change.
- Candidates aged more than 35 years of age, need not apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the Company’s management team as well as working with international consultants.
- Good computer experience is essential, including the Microsoft suite of software as well as statistical analysis and document/report preparation.
- Fitness and stamina to work for extended hours and walk fields conducting audits and investigations in oil palm and rubber.
- The ability to speak English will be an added advantage.
