Responsibilities
- Coach and discipline office staff.
- Implement and ensure filling system are maintained and current.
- Established procedure and monitor record keeping.
- Prepare operational reports and schedule to ensure efficiency.
- Manage internal staff relations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Reviewing and approving supply requisitions
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; tracking Budget Expenses,
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Inventory Control
Requirements
- S1 Management from Reputable University with GPA minimum 3.00
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Company
- Good command of English language (spoken & written).
- Good logical thinking, able to analyze & solving problems creatively.
- Ability to identify issues, establish initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and presentation tools
- Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.
