Responsibilities

  • Coach and discipline office staff.
  • Implement and ensure filling system are maintained and current.
  • Established procedure and monitor record keeping.
  • Prepare operational reports and schedule to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage internal staff relations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; tracking Budget Expenses,
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Inventory Control

Requirements

  • S1 Management from Reputable University with GPA minimum 3.00
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Company
  • Good command of English language (spoken & written).
  • Good logical thinking, able to analyze & solving problems creatively.
  • Ability to identify issues, establish initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and presentation tools
  • Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.
