Responsibilities
As a Field Facilitator you will be responsible for :
- Training the farmers about plant certification in the site field.
- Keep records of meetings, presentations and any activity made with farmers.
- Monitoring and evaluation of the key farmer's crops and activities.
- Visit all coffee farms under his responsibility.
- Identified new field to socialize the company program.
- Ensure to maintain the Internal Control System of the group.
Requirements
- Age 30 maximum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree major in Agriculture.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Indonesia, also Simalungun local language.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Simalungun.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Agriculture/Forestry or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
- Having knowledge about coffee plant is advantage
