Responsibilities

Managing, controlling and maintain estate activity : land clearing; processing and optimize productivity of palm and rubber to reach maximum target

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent from reputable university
• Having 3 years experience in the same field is preferably advantage, especially from plantation company
• Having ability to work in a team, and is independent, honest, and objective in performing its duties
• Able to work independently, highly motivated person, creative, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, team work and hard working
• Willing to be placed in relocated in any site (company residence will be provided)
