LOWONGAN FIELD AGRONOMISTS

URGENTLY REQUIRED 

We are a well established international agro-commodities group working in the coffee supply chain.We established a Farmer Group to increase coffee smallholders income through sustainable coffee production. We also assist farmers to meet with different certification standards and increase quality and productivity.

We are searching for candidates to fill the following positions:

FIELD AGRONOMISTS

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Willing to be based in North Sumatera Coffee Origin (Toba area, Dairi, Karo)
• Degree holder from reputable University (Agronomy or Agricultural Science).
• Those with relevant in Agronomy for Arabica Coffee will be considered.
• Fresh graduated in Agronomy is welcome or having 1 - 2 years of experience as agronomist or related position is a plus.
• Computer literate - MS Office application, internet.
• Experience in sustainability and certification schemes a plus.
• Good team player and good communication skill.
• Highly organized, meticulous and able to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative.
• Hardworking and discipline.

Our team of agronomists works with farmer groups and suppliers in the Lake Toba area. Their main tasks are the training of farmer groups in GAPs (Good Agricultural Practices), improving quality and productivity, as well as supporting them to meet the requirements of social and environmental certification schemes.
