Our Client is a well established foreign company with activities in Palm Oil Mill, Rubber and Tea, looking for highly motivated and qualified personnel in the following positions:

General Manager (Surabaya Based)

Requirements :

• Age 40-45 years old
• Min 2 years management experience and significant demonstrated experience in any of these fields : business planning/ program management
• Strong leadership skill, honest and high integrity
• Strong managerial backgroud
• Manage, develop and expand the Strategic Business Unit
• Providing direction and leadership
• Ensuring profitable growth, Satisfactory cash flow
• Market leadership and the establishment of industry leading service strandards and optimum utilization of business assets/ human resources in accordance with the group business strategy and local business growth
• Fluent in English (passive and active) and Mandarin (passive)
