We are a well established foreign company group having business interest in agribusiness at Palm Oil Plantation, where the company still expanding plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence.    We invite dynamic professionals and result oriented person with motivation and creativity to full fill following position: Staff HR Operation – Plantation (Code: HR Op) Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Will handle HRD operation and support all the related HRD & GA matters Planning, coordinating, and controlling, carrying all operation of HRD & GA matters Building a performance culture and facilitating succession planning program Liaising with government, officials and others party Reviewing and evaluating HR practices Requirements: Min. Holds Bachelor Degree on Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related discipline area from reputable university Male, 25 – 35 years old Having at least 2 years experience in HR from palm oil company business Know well and understanding of HR function area (Development, Industrial Relation and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel and General Affair matters). Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related government regulation. Good command written and spoken in English Familiar with Microsoft Office skills. Good Interpersonal Skills, time management and organizational skills.
