Lowongan Branch Manager

One of our business units, PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara (SSN) is distribution manufacturer of Cavendish bananas under the name of “SUNPRIDE” and “SUNFRESH” in Indonesia. SSN’s main operation is located in Tangerang. SSN distributes directly and indirectly to more than 1,000 traditional markets and modern retail outlets across Indonesia.

 

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

Branch Manager
(To be based in: Lampung / Medan/ Ujung Pandang/ Balikpapan)
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Lampung, Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to billing and credit control, branch administration and Target Achievement
• Managing Sales team in achieving targets
• Ensure effective & efficient operation on warehouse & delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in any related backgrounds
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics and sales process
• Possess strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.
• Good proficiency of English
• Strong field experiences in handling traditional channel customers
