Spv. Plasma & FFB(Code: P-FFB)

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Bussiness Administration / Finance, Accounting, Management or any related discipline.
• Male, 28 – 40 years old
• Min 3 years experience in the same position (Plasma) and experience in palm oil plantation industry is a must.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
• Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must.
• Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
• Work based on Jakarta & willing business trip to estate.

Responsibility:

• Handle and control all matters of plasma scheme related to finance and accounting data; and handle purchasing FFB with other plantation parties;
• Understanding and knowledgeable of plasma scheme & FFB;
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
