- Male
- Max age 45 years
- S1 Agriculture, Agronomy, or equivalent
- At Least 5 years experience in same field
- Having professional attitude, independent, high integrity.
- Able to manage both employees and assets of the garden is in it with the number around 1000 employees
- Able to plan / work program, budgeting, and reporting weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- Able to work based on target, and the time schedule and be able to determine the unit price is standard on every phase of development and production
- Experienced in developing and managing oil palm plantation
- Knowing the technical oil palm plantations
