We are seeking a highly qualified Agronomy/Agriculture professional to lead our Plantation Department at our Site in Merauke.

Responsibilities:

• Melakukan perencanaan dan pembuatan anggaran pekerjaan pemupukan tebu giling dan tebu bibit sesuai dosis yang ditetapkan.
• Mengkoordinir dan membawahi 10 Mandor Kebun untuk menjalankan pekerjaan pemupukan sesuai dosis dan tepat waktu serta tepat cara aplikasinya.
• Bertanggung jawab atas asset Perusahaan dalam lingkup tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Agronomy/Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry/Soil Science/Technology in Agriculture/Mechanization in Agriculture/Plant breeding or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
