REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible in the development and implementation of company's sales strategies, development of short and long range sales goals as well as oversee activities of sales personnel.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Science or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of working experience in agrochemicals / fertilizers sector
- Possess a proven good track record in developing new brand
- Must have a good relationship with channels or key customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to relocate or travel
