Responsibilities:
1. Champion and build strong commitment in the implementation of company core values (Ethics, Safety & Health, Environmental Stewardship, and Respect for people) in all business activities within the covered region.
2. Directs the sales activities in maximizing market share, earnings and cash, as defined in the country and sub-geographic business plan.
3. Primarily accountable for achieving budgets in sales, expenses and earnings, pricing and acts independently within the framework of the Country Crop Protection business plan.
4. As a member of the business leadership team, determines overall strategies and policies to ensure necessary structure, resources, product forecasts, etc.. are in place to achieve the plans.
5. Primarily responsible for the preparation and implementation of the national sales policy in the covered region.
6. Leads the team in the region by coaching, motivating and developing individuals to create an environment where participation and involvement is encouraged to improve overall company competitive position.
Requirements:
• Must have minimum Bachelor' Degree (S1) in Agriculture from a reputable university(Agronomy, Plant disease, is preferable).
• Ability to operate computer at least Microsoft Office program
• Ability to speak and write in English at least in intermediate level
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in leading sales team of agrochemical industry.
• Job location is in Jakarta, with frequent travels needed across the covered region / islands (more than 50% of the working time).
• Strong interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong drives to lead, coach, and monitor the implementation of activities for achieving sales targets.
