General Requirements :\

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age 30 years.
• Fresh graduates are acceptable but preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in the industry relevant to the field.
• Candidates should have appropriate educational background and experience in related fields in Forestry / Farm and Agriculture / Biology / Ecology / Genetic Engineering / Biochemistry / Agrobusiness.
• Bachelor Degree, but Master Degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum GPA 3
• Good in English and/or Mandarin (verbal and writing).
• Has good English report writing and presentation skills
• Self driven & strong leadership.
• Highly motivated, proactive and detail oriented individuals.
• Has good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned all around Indonesia and ready for travelling out of town assignments
