Energy Manager

Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing Indonesia strategic business development plan
• Keeping abreast of development plans of downstream clients
• Supporting achievement of sales plan through focused objectives of growing sales profitability and gaining market shares
• Reviewing market conditions and providing market intelligence to determine customer needs and pricing strategies
• Proactively developing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers, as well as penetrating new markets
• Taking each pursuit opportunity through the client interest decision process, technical and commercial proposal development and the client pricing process
• Working with the technical teams to grow profitable revenue for the company
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Having minimum 10 – 15 years experience in marketing and sales related job in energy sector
• Having excellent communication and coordination skills with individuals and team across departments
• Experiencing in consumer and competitive landscape, market research
• Knowledgeable in planning, executing market strategies and tactical activities
• Good in leadership and people management skill
• Possess good knowledge of the Indonesian oil & gas, mining industry
• Excellent and extensive network of client contacts such as the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, BPMigas, National and International oil companies and other related institution
• Possess knowledge of market competitors in the Indonesia
• Strong command in English both verbal & written
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited direction
