• Male, age max. 45 Years
• Min. Bachelor degree of Agronomy
• 5 Years experience in the same position
• Knowing rubber plantation Technical Administration & Field Operation
• Ready to work under pressure & targets
• Have integrity and discipline, assertive and able to work in a team.
• Willing to be located at Bangko (Jambi)
