• College/University graduate, preferably from BS in Agriculture

Field Agronomist

Responsibilities:

• Our team of agronomists works with farmer groups and suppliers in the Lake Toba area. Their main tasks are the training of farmer groups in GAPs (Good Agricultural Practices), improving quality and productivity, as well as supporting them to meet the requirements of social and environmental certification schemes.

Requirements:

• Female or male
• Willing to be based in Lake Toba area
• Knowledge about coffee production required
• Experience in sustainability and certification schemes a plus
• Good team player
• Good proficiency in English a plus
• Very well organized and absolutely reliable
