Estate Manager (4.000 - 6.000 Ha) (KALTENG) 

Requirement

• Candidates must be at the age of  40 years old and above
• Minimum of 15 years (1) or 10 years (2) managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group
• Able to design yearly activity plan and also organize and evaluate the result in other to achieve the target
• Excellent managerial skill
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from reputable university
• Able to communicate in English (English literate)
• Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure and strict targets/deadline
• Having a good knowledge regarding nursery, fertilization, and harverting.
