• As Lead Auditor, manages team communications

 

Job Scope and Accountabilities:

 

• To plan and complete System audits in a timely and effective manner, employing the relevant risk assessment standards.
• Project managing multi-site activities.
• Maintaining audit process rigor and technical integrity, in order to meet internal and external accreditation requirements.
• To apply knowledge of business improvement techniques, both internally and when auditing client organizations.

 

Duties:

 

• Plan and complete comprehensive process audits within required timeframe and according to relevant standards.
• Coordinate internal and external communications regarding client management needs.
• Consistently implement SAI Global policies and procedures.
• Prioritize competing needs of clients, management and colleagues.
• Maintain comprehensive customer files (including electronic files) including all necessary documentation.
• Pro-actively update knowledge of latest business techniques, applications of technology and competitive trends.
• Demonstrate ability to balance attention to detail with high level strategic understanding of clients’ businesses.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell SAI Global programs/products.

Requirements

• University graduate in Agriculture, Forestry, or relevant background
• 5 years working experiences in oil palm plantation/palm oil sector is a MUST
• Understand Social Impact Assessment/ HCV Assessment.
• Preferable have certification LAT RSPO or ISPO
• Familiar with management system/sustainability standard such as ISO9001, ISO14001, RSPO, ISPO requirements
• Having good knowledge in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and Integrated Pest Management (IPM), pesticide and fertilizer use.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, technical skills and team player
• Pleasant personality
• Willing to travel in Indonesia/region
• Good report writing and communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to drive car and has driving license are preferred
