KfW is seeking a Technical Sector Coordinator (Forest Protection / Natural Resource Management) in its representative office in Jakarta

TECHNICAL SECTOR COORDINATOR

(Forest Protection / Natural Resource Management)

Responsibilities

• Your primary task will be to monitor and facilitate the identification, preparation and implementation of Forest Protection and Natural Resource Management project. You shall closely collaborate with our partners  in Government instututions and NGOs.

Requirement and Skills are, inter alia:

• Post graduate degree in Forestry, or equivalent
• At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible working experience with Gol, large international NGO and / or bi-/multilateral agencies
• Proven technical know-how on forestry, natural resource management, land use planning, watershed management and/ or biodiversity conservation
• Knowlegde of Gol’s climate change policies (e.g. REDD+)
• Fluency in English (speaking/writing) and Indonesian language
• Team-player with strong interpersonal-skills
