Changhua Tianwei Horticulture Production Cooperative in Taiwan has established a Hi-Tech facility agricultural research and training center this year. Dutch venlo-type greenhouses have been built for protected crops (such as tomato and lettuce) production and training purpose. The facilitites in the greenhouse are high-technology and the cultivation systems are similar to Dutch commercial greenhouse crop production. Therefore, Dutch cultivation skills and technique will be introduced and applied in our training center. With these reasons, the candidates of this job must be willing to go to the the Netherlands to have a training program at the begining and back to Taiwan after the training program. After the training program, the candidates should be able to know the cultivation skills and operation of the facilities. Furthermore, the candidates should be able to transfer the information of the production skills which are gained in the Netherlands to other trainees in Taiwan.

Cultivation Management Team Leader

Taiwan - Changhua County

Responsibilities:

1.Greenhouse crop production management.
2.Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
3.Be able to give training program and information transfer to other trainees.

Requirements:

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
•Required skill(s): Highly Trainable and Flexible.
•Required language(s): English
•Applicants must be willing to the Netherlands for training program and work in Taiwan.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Changhua County.
•Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
•3 Full-Time position(s) available.
•Applicants must work at the cooperative at least 3 years.
