Staff Purchasing - Plantation

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Agriculture / Agronomy or any related discipline.
• Male/Female, 28 – 35 years old.
• Min. 2 years experience in the same position and experience in palm oil plantation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
• Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure.
• Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must.
• Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.
• Work based on Jakarta, Pontianak or Estate (Sambas-West Kalimantan)

Responsibility:

• Should have complete information about the material which is required to purchase, so that requisite quantity of materials may be purchased at reasonable price from reliable suppliers.
• Make a purchase stationary, general items, furniture, service and rental
• Make a Forecast Report
• Control against the payment
• Must effectively communicate with management, purchasing staff, inter-departmental customers and suppliers
