We are representing our client, one of the Plantation Company - Group, currently looking for qualified persons to fill in the vacant positions with the following requirements:
Financial Controller
Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Tengah

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing financial & and internal control procedures and systems to ensure the presence of an effective control environment. The jobholder will generate timely, relevant information for internal circulation, and annual financial for statutory reporting
- Timely and smooth execution of projects, initiatives and activities resulting in operational excellence
- Proactive and dynamic approach towards the assigned duties leading to quality and timely delivery

Adherence to GA1 standards and overall divisional standards
- To review, assess and ensure the adoption of emerging accounting standards such as IAS IFRS
- To ensure presence of an effective control/verification on financial statements at the plantations
- To coordinate with internal functions and carry out the preparation and generation of budgets in accordance with budget parameters set by the sector management.
- To carry out performance monitoring of the plantation and mill operations. The job holder will have to carry out detailed variance analysis, identifying causes, and evaluating and monitoring corrective action.
- To ensure smooth operations of MIS and accounting system and actuary system upgrade to cope with changing requirements
- To facilitate safe guards of assets including inventory insurance.
- To ensure that an effective risk management process and a sound control environment exist at the plantations and ensure compliance at all times.

- Implement relevant EHS improvement program to meet company objectives and targets
Requirements:
- Base In Central Kalimantan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- Minimal 9 Years work experience in related field
