Sales Supervisor (Jakarta, Sampit, Samarinda, Pekanbaru)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for spare parts purchases and warehouse operation management.
• Establish and develop effective methods of improving accuracy of spare parts in achieving expected performances and ensuring optimum stock level.
• Provide sales and service support to sales and service team to ensure parts availability
• Ensure high productivity and minimum cost in warehouse operation
• To develop and market parts sales direct to end users utilizing parts sales personnel
• Knowledge of ERP/computerized inventory management is a must

Requirements:

• Degree in any related discipline  from recognized institution prefable Mechanical Engineer / Agricultural Technical Engineer
• Similar working experience for at least 5 years
• Highly motivated
• Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to travel extensively
• Age between 32 to 45
• Has driving lisence, has own car will be an advantage
