In line with our continued growth and expansion, one of our Business Unit that have Palm Oil Plantation, invites suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

HR & GA Supervisor
Sumatera Selatan - Palembang

Responsibilities:

• Implement human resources policies, procedures and system, set up by CTP HR Singapore
• Recommend and implement remuneration policies, term and conditions which are consistent with the company`s business objective and personnel strategies
• Direct and coordinates all internal training and associate activities on site to meet the required short and term business requirements of Cargill using the most effective training method
• Identified and use Cargill /external agencies as required to be able to meet the training plan a professional and cost effective manner
• Ensure the up to date maintenance of accurate personnel record and statistics
• Recruit, train and motivate own staff in order to ensure the expertise levels required to meet the current and future needs of department
• Develop, formulate and maintenance employee and industrial relations to facilites good relationship labor union, employee and management
• Set up, develop and formulate the system and procedures for office services, company secretarial & office housekeeping 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of business/law/psychology/social science
  
• Posses strong leadership
  
• Strong interpersonal skill
  
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
  
• Demonstrated passion for engagement and willingness to challenge the status quo and champion change.

• Previous work experience in a Oil Palm Plantation
  
• Work independently
  Willing to travel and stay temporary at estates
