URGENTLY REQUIRED A LARGE PALM OIL PLANTATION COMPANY   PT. We have been retained by leading top notch in plantation company, we are looking for dynamic and result oriented GM Plantation to lead and manage the palm oil plantation. GM Plantation Expat or Local Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: The candidate will initially be responsible as overall GM Plantation and will initially be responsible for improving productivity and  making improvement on the site Improvement of substructure (drainage system, roads, housing etc)  Recruitment of  labor and plantation staff    Procurement of seedlings/setting up of nursery Planting the gaps in the existing palm oil planted area; upkeep of current trees to ensure optimal yields Fertilizer application, pest and disease management, harvesting & fermentation processes to be improved Land clearing of the rest of the land bank and planting in the same – phase 2 Requirements: Bachelor Degree in related field The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with a minimum of 10 years plantation management experience which must include a few years in Palm Oil plantation Candidates a more senior levels with exposure to modern systems of Plantation will be considered for placement at higher levels Candidates with more years of experience may also be considered and there is no age restriction Please apply within two weeks time with passport size photograph, resume, salary details current and expected :    (NB: While sending email applications, candidates must enter position applied in the subject column) or send resume to : PT.
