Estate Manager (Plantation) - Kalimantan

Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

• Responsible for overall development and activities in oil palm plantation estate from nursery to maturity stage
• Ensure infrastructure and supporting units are prepared and available to facilitate cost efficient operations
• Coordinate with all related departments and field assistants
• Demonstrate maturity and care in handling harmonious relationship with local communities and authority
• Position is based in the Kalimantan estate
  
  Requirements:
  
• Degree / Diploma in Agricultural Science
• At least 10 years experience in managerial position from oil palm plantation company only
• Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing activities from land clearing peat soil, nursery, to planting and harvesting
• Control balanced production cost and report performance skills
• Command leadership and ability in implementing field operations, manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, training, and etc
• Position is based in the Kalimantan estate
• Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office is a must
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia. Chinese Mandarin is preferred
