We are now seeking the qualified for the following challenging position:

ESTATE MANAGER

Requirements :

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related Engineering from one of the reputable Universities.
• At Least 5 years of working experience as estate manager in Palm Oil Company.
• Ability to manage all agricultural practice includes nursery/ plasma on site location.
• Ability in budgeting of all the services and annual expenses to each estate.
• Ability to manage social and community relation on site location
• Excellent Communication skill, reporting and presentation are mandatory.
• Mature and reliable personality with strong integrity, dedication and passion.
