Our client is the newest Agricultural Business in Indonesia and is in the process of building an extensive facility of Greenhouses to grow their tomato crop.
Using trademarked seeds and a hybrid system they propagate with a local Asian tomato base plant to provide a high yielding crop with excellent disease resistance. If you understand this process and the requirements for growing healthy crops and can bring your skills to benefit our client we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in hands-on roles leading and training a team of local farmers to cultivate and grow a high quality product. You will understand what it takes to maintain quality and meet harvest quotas. You will be a strong communicator with a consistent ability to plan, co-ordinate and deliver on agricultural projects.
