Perusahaan Kami bergerak dalam bidang manufacturing membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi sbb: Plant Manager Tangerang (Banten) - Batu Ceper, Dadap Responsibilities: Responsible for all Manufacturing, as well as Manufacturing support function : Engineering, Planning and Maintenance.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following : Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations Initiative plans and processes which minimizemanufacturing costs through effective utilizationof manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. Assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers expectations. Establish group and indivisual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction depending on need Encrourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving Improve manpower utilization within exiting departments and processes Manage spending against budget and ini relation to changes in production volume Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes Maintain and improve housekepping in all areas. Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and produstin Develop  / improve SOP’s in all areas. Requirements: A degree in any subject preferably engineering 5 to 8 years experience in a high production environment, with 3 years of managerial experience. High energy level required Strong leadership skills, independent tinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential Computer proficiency : knowledge of using computer office managing tools as an integral part of date to date activity Must be familiar with ISO Standard, lean manufacturing concept & 5S.   Applicants may send their resume online or email to   harly@ciquita.com
