While in the special division Ciwandan Wind Tower.  Commercial Vehicle Division is a place where Hyundai bus & Truck assembled in Indonesia.    For Foundry, Forging, Machining, there PT KG Tech, it produces various kinds of products such as spare parts for motor vehicles.  In Sumatra there are divisions named EUPEC Pipe Coating.  Korindo Group also has divisions Battery Separator, Separindo.  Property in the world, Korindo Group also has apartments, apartments Raja Park, in South Jakarta. Cibubur Square also belonged Korindo Group.    In the world of logistics, Korindo have container terminals, PT Bimaruna Jaya, and transportation companies (HAULIN, trucking), PT Transport Bimaruna, many wear Kenworth truck, with the characteristics of truck vehicles

 

GIS Staff  - PT Korindo Abadi

Responsibilities

• Geospatial data processing (GIS processing) including integration with non-spatial (tabular) data
• Satellite image interpretation: pre-processing and classification
• Field data collection including GPS handling
• Presenting data and research results in informative and creative manner especially in cartographic works
• Geospatial database, metadata-base input and management, and organize storage for non digital data (CD/DVD, etc)
• Performing other related activities which may arise from time to time in support of Korindo Group’s mandate and the Forest Management Division in particular, including some administrative supports.

  Requirements

• Male
• Single  Maximum 28 Years
• Last Education  bachelor degree in the subjects related to natural / environment / earth sciences,such as  Geography, Agriculture, Agro-climatology Statistic, Mathematics, Forestry,
• Fresh graduated are preferable
• Having knowledge on geospatial data handling; experience on GIS work, and Remote Sensing is a must
• Having knowledge and experience on carbon related studies (CDM/REDD)
• Have good familiarity with GIS packages, especially ESRI-based ArcView, ArcGIS and ArcInfo, and preferably familiarity with one of the image processing packages (ecognition/IDRISI/ILWIS/ERDAS) and with GPS
• Have a basic knowledge/sense or strong interest in in geospatial database, metadata-base, cartography and map production
•  Having interpersonal skills and ability to work well in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
• Ready to being place at Site area (Pangakalan Bun)
