We are a well established foreign company group having business interest in agribusiness at Palm Oil Plantation, where the company still expanding plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence. The concession areal is approximately 22,981 Ha. The area that can be planted for inti is 17,438 ha, which is located in Kabupaten Sambas, West Kalimantan Province, with the planting projection until year 2015.To become world’s most efficient oil palm production in oil palm industry and to enhance profits to the shareholders.

Estate Manager (Code: EM)  - PT Rana Wastu Kencana

Responsibilities

• Helping the general manager to arrange budget annual in a year in order as a guidelines for  estate operational.
• As a person in charge if general manager cannot do his duties , in case the general manager it wouldn’t be able stay in estate  or do the business trip.
• Control and implementation nor evaluation planning job (Budget & IPP) against all the activities And make sure all the activities in estate’s going as the business plan has set up.
• Controlling and evaluation all the data and report who is made by head estate and their subordinat who is take the responsibility about all job desc and make sure the truth, exact data and the accurate.
• Coordinate and control all the things and support material nor facilities that are need to make the estate operational as expect
• To be control and evaluate all the costs or budget  that include salary.
• To be arrange and make it monthly report estate to general manager to give all information about the condition and working progress in estate.

Requirements

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in Agronomy / Agriculture or related disciplines area from reputable university
• Male, 35 – 45 years old.
• Min. 10 years experience in palm oil company business
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Has strong analytical quality, highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must.
• Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure.
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).

• Work based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)
