Compensation and Benefit

Responsibilities:

To perform monthly payroll processing with the objective of ensuring employees are remunerated in line with their terms and conditions and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting or related 
• Min 3 years experience in payroll processing ;
• Good knowledge in handling payroll, incl. tax PPH21 monthly and SPT, Jamsostek, and understand General Ledger ;
• Experience in palm oil/mining industry is preferable
• Design and develop compensation policies
• Strong in data analysis and initiative to explore or develop working area
• Detail oriented and strong in planning and organizing 
• Able to work independently and in teams with good interpersonal and communication
• Participates as the team member in the startegic projects and initiatives
• Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at Manages, leads and develops C&B analysts
