We are a foreign owned company located in Binjai, North Sumatera, we are engaged in Commodity Processing, focusing on Coffee products.

We are currently seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates to fill the following position :

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Business Unit: Coffee

Based: Binjai, North Sumatera

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of over 50 staff
• Identify and monitor critical quality control points in the production process
• Develop a deep understanding of the production process and ideal work scheduling
• Be able to adjust planning based on sudden change in conditions
• Oversee Maintenance of machinery and infrastructure
• Ensure a Clean, Organized, and Safe working environment
• Cost efficiency, identify wastages and areas for improvement
• Implement 5 S System

 

Qualification:

• Male , max 45 years of age
• Min work experience 5 years in a related position
• Minimum educational background, Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Management or related course ( Preference for Bachelor Degree in Agriculture )
• Can communicate in English
