You may browse our website at : www.asianagri.com KAIZEN & LEAN Senior Manager Sumatera Utara - Medan Responsibilities: Identify, plan, and organize many projects in estates, mills and office about potential area to generate savings and to improve the productivity but not decreasing the quality , even improving the quality in all areas Plan, organize and control all potential improvements in current processes through eliminating non value added  and / or to develop more effectiveness processes Facilitate group managers, managers and assistants to create projects and to deliver the result related to the continuously improvement programs Manage the agreed projects collaborating with consultants that supported by Continuously Improvement Business Group Head As expert of Continuously Improvement advisor through providing training, coaching , and cascading continuously improvement system ,i.e., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc to all areas of Business Group Requirements: S2 graduate is preferable 35 – 45 years old Experience as senior  project manager of conglomerate / multinational company  on running continuously improvement program around 10 – 15 years   Very deep knowledge and skill on Continuously Improvement methods (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma), Project Management, Leadership Management Fluent in English both oral and written Speak Hokkien / Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Chinese associates Willing to be placed in Medan Driving force, result and process oriented Very good leadership Hard worker and smart worker Good problem solving and decision making Note : Good remuneration package is available for the right candidate  If you are interested to join us, please submit your CV soon to : felesia_phoa@asianagri.com   If you are JobStreet
