MILL MANAGER

Requirement

• Min. age of 40 years old and above
• Minimum of 12 years (1) or 10 years (2) managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group
• Min. holds Bachelor Degreein Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Chemical, or any related discipline
• Having Grade I Steam Certificate, Those with a Grade II Steam Certificate will have an added advantage.
• Having knowledge in Business Process Plantation
• Expert to Operational control, maintenance & troubleshooting Mill Plantation
• Excellent managerial skill
• Able to communicate in English (English literate) & Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure and strict targets/deadline
• Work Base at Mill POM (Central Kalimantan - Sampit)

Responsibilities

• Membuat rencana kerja (tahunan, bulanan, mingguan & harian).
• Mengelola kegiatan operasional Estate dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengendalikan, melaporkan dan mengevaluasi semua kegiatan baik yang bersifat teknis maupun non teknis.
• Menjalankan, memelihara dan mengorganisasi bahwa setiap pekerjaan dan kegiatan yang ada di Estate-nya (kebun) sesuai dengan persyaratan dan peraturan terkait Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan.
• Membuat laporan kerja (progress report) estate.

Requirements

• Pria, dengan usia maksimal 40 tahun
• Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan minimum S1 di bidang pertanian/perkebunan/ kehutanan
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja dalam bidang pengembangan lahan baru (land development) dan pembibitan (nursery) di perkebunan kelapa sawit pada posisi managerial minimal 5 tahun
• Mampu bekerja keras dan berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan tim yang terlibat
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan tenggat waktu yang ketat secara mandiri, tekun dan teliti
• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
• Memiliki integritas dan loyalitas yang baik
• Menguasai teknis perkebunan dan budidaya kelapa sawit
• Dapat mengoperasikan komputer & MS Office
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas jika diperlukan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah operasional estate : Buol & Gorontalo
