We are a leading International Specialty Chemicals Company located in Tangerang with more than forty years of operation in Indonesia with headquarters based in Switzerland. To  support strong and consistent growth,  we  are  now  seeking  proven professional to fill the following vacant position :

Environment, Safety & Health Coordinator - ( Based in Tangerang )

Main Responsibilities :

• Informing and supporting the site line management in ESH matters
• Assisting the line management to achieve compliance with corporate, divisional and company standards
• Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring procurement and documentation of required data
• Assisting the line management in the preparation of standard procedures for specific, actual tasks
• Supporting risk assessments and analyses
• Supporting and providing ESH training of the personnel
• Preparing and collecting the site‘s Risk Portfolio and Key Figures and suggesting corrective actions and providing status updates
• Reporting and coordinating investigation of accidents and incidents according to Clariant guidelines and procedures
• Collecting and reporting to Country ESHA the periodic accident and incident statistics
• Monitoring and reporting the follow-up of ESH audits and insurance inspections
• Maintaining contacts and collaborating with the local authorities and emergency services
• Participating in site emergency management

Competencies Required :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health
• GPA equivalent to 3.0
• Hold AK3 Umum is an advantage
• Having experience handling KNRCI and PROPER matters
• Having minimum 2 years working experiences in manufacturing plant
• Able to lead project
• Discipline, honest, good co-operation and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English both written and oral
