Chiller Operation Manager
Jakarta Raya - Tanah Kusir

Responsibilities:

• Formulating best practice execution and ensuring the compliance program level at it best.
• To partner with  Sales team (SNS) at operation level in making sure cold drink robust execution level.
• Directly visit, communicate and ensure the execution of all the program, rectifying process and alternative solution to operations with setback situation
• Provide market intelligence to national marketing, strategic planning, cold drink equipment and operation teams on monthly basis
• Manage Cold Drink Equipment Services operation in his/her regions include equipment movement activities (placement, removal & replacement), service maintenance and ensure its quality meets the company standard.
• To achieve agreed service level to the customers by ensuring the support from the supplier (warranty, spare-part) and serviceability from ESP (technical knowledge, customer service, etc.).
• Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
• Plan and control chiller management cost expenses realization to budgeted fund by working closely with Finance & region head SNS whilst maintaining a good quality of work in achieving the KPI, review and approval of Chiller Operation team related expenses

Requirements:

• At least hold bachelor degree from any major (post graduate degree is better)
• Expertise in Sales & Operation in FMCG or Logistic company
• Experience as Sales & Operation Supervisor, Operation & Logistic Supervisor for at least 4 years
• Willing to travel so extensively
• Placement in HO Tanah Kusir, Jakarta
