4. Estate Manager: Requirements :
1. Marketing : Min 2 years handling sales and marketing product of palm oil plantation (CPO,
Kernel, waste etc), customer service complain, transportation
2. Training Officer : Min 3 years handling Training at Palm oi plantation, presentation skill,
3. Manager Agronomy : Min 7 years as Manager Agronomy, major in Agronomy
4. Estate Manager : Min 7 years as Estate Manager, major in Agronomy
No. 1 will be placed at Pekanbaru office. No 2- 4 will be placed at Location Pelalawan and INHU
(RIau Province )
