AGRONOMY TRAINER COORDINATOR

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible to organizing the Agronomy Training for Mars Associates & Partners at at the Cocoa Academy facilities in Tarengge, Luwu Timur.
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree in Agriculture or equivalent, have basic in Cocoa cultivation will be an advantage
- Min 2 Years experiences in coordinating training facilitation
- Min 5 years experiences as trainer or min 3 years experiences as cocoa Trainer
- Good administration, planning & reporting skill
General Requirements:
- Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy on given assignment
- Willing to accept increased responsibilities
- Listen well / able to communicate effectively with superiors and relatives
- Prompt and effective in decision making
- Fluent in local language (Luwu area) will be an advantage
- Good computer skill.
