Vegetable Campaign Manager Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities: Establish and lead the campaign team for vegetables crop Responsible for campaign management process on basis of market analysis and customer insights to ensure support  integrated crop strategy and campaign objectives Deliver practical and measurable seasonable campaigns whilst still understanding the long term crop strategy and align with go to market strategy Lead on design campaign activities with effective marketing communication to ensure balance push and pull. Effective resource allocation and budget management Drive implementation to ensure excellence in execution by Field Force Monitor campaign in season and review post season result.   Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Experience of developing and implementing marketing communication strategies High quality communication, negotiation and presentation skills Project management, negotiation, communication, prioritisation, analytical skills, strategic thinking Ability to lead cross functional teams and provide clear and consistent direction on the campaign processes Managing complex projects hrd.id@syngenta.com   Within 2 weeks from the date of this advertisement
