Market Development Manager Kediri (Jawa Timur), Palopo (Sulawesi Selatan), Tegal (Jawa Tengah) Responsibilities: Leading, directing, motivating, and developing the Market Development Officers. Effective implementation of the demand creation activities. Manage meetings, sales calls and execute sales programs with key Retailers and Dekalb Ambassador. Providing operational leadership to deliver on their territory business plan in his/her assigned area. Continuously provide input to market analysis based on his/her area dynamic and market intelligence in order to  support the implementation of program/action needed in field operations. Report monthly sales channel inventory and relabeling process at retailer level. Execute trainings on product performance and other training deemed appropriate for internal team and external customers.  Create and build strong relationship with Dekalb Ambassadors, retailers and capture the customer data into the database. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business Studies, Management, Marketing or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proven track record in innovative demand creation activities. Preferably prior working experience in the agriculture industry. Preferably has past people management experience. Knowledge of the local business and culture requirements. Computer literate. Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English & Bahasa. Willing to travel at a significant degree and has current driver's licence. 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
