General Manager Marketing Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Be responsible as well as the primary driver in attaining and exceeding sales targets for the business Working directly with customers to create partnerships and business development opportunities Adapting marketing strategies to the Indonesian feed and livestock industry Liaising with international technical support and marketing teams Managing and expanding the function and development of a team of highly trained and motivated staff Working as part of the regional management team to achieve company Asia Pacific’s goal Representing company at key industry events Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the field of Agricultural Science, Life Sciences, Veterinary Science or Business Management Proven management experience The ability to work autonomously in a cross cultural environment A desire to communicate in Bahasa (for expats, training will be provided as necessary) Proficiency in the English language Dynamic leadership skills with a focus on strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Broad international experience within commercial areas Knowledge of the agricultural, food and pharmaceutical industries.
