Dry Food Section Head (DFH_SL)

Central Java - Solo

Responsibilities: 

• Managing Dry Food Operation that may include but not limited to Dry Food freshness, Product Range compatibility, Product Range Completeness
• Managing Dry Food store organization and its teamwork
• Daily / Weekly /Monthly report of Dry  Food Operation
• Managing known / unknown shrinkage as low as possible through excellent Dry  Food management

Requirements:

An ideal candidate would have these following characteristics:

• Experienced in managing Dry Food Operation and its team in a hypermarket retail store for minimum 3 years
• Holds a Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, or similar from an Accredited "A" University
• Maximum age is 35 years old
• Strong leadership character
• Smart, team player, honest, hard worker and dependable
• Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet application
• Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with agencies, suppliers  and vendors
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English and Indonesian
• Willing to be Placed at Solo
