Responsibilities:
To perform monthly payroll processing with the objective of ensuring employees are remunerated in line with their terms and conditions and in a timely manner.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting or related
- Min 3 years experience in payroll processing ;
- Good knowledge in handling payroll, incl. tax PPH21 monthly and SPT, Jamsostek, and understand General Ledger ;
- Experience in palm oil/mining industry is preferable
- Design and develop compensation policies
- Strong in data analysis and initiative to explore or develop working area
- Detail oriented and strong in planning and organizing
- Able to work independently and in teams with good interpersonal and communication
- Participates as the team member in the startegic projects and initiatives
- Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at Manages, leads and develops C&B analysts
